We accept returns within 10 days of your delivery date under certain conditions for exchange of another item only!
Hair extensions & Closures
We accept returns if the hair extensions have NOT been removed from their original packaging and are in the same condition as they were received. You can see the color of the extensions without opening the packaging.
Wigs, Toppers, Ponytails, Bangs,
We do NOT accept returns for wigs, hair care products. It is against the Health and Safety Code of Canada to accept returns of wig or hair pieces.
NOTE:
If you purchase an item from the CLEARANCE section it means that the product is a final sale and is Not exchangeable or refundable.
Please note that you must contact us before returning your order because the return address is different.
All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.
We will pay your shipping fees if you wish to return your order, but If you wish to exchange or return your order more than once, you are responsible for all the shipping fees.
Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refund/Exchange Process
- Contact us
- Print the prepaid return label our company will send you & bring your package to a local Canada Post office.
- Once we receive your return, we will issue you with a full refund or exchange your order (as per your request). Please note that it can take 5 business days after we receive your return before we can process your refund or exchange. You will be updated by email once your refund is issued.
Will I have to pay shipping fees to return my order?
Yes, you as the buyer are responsible for shipping your return back.
